Your approved pre-production sample is the sewing reference for the whole run, not a photo of it.
Fabric weighed per batch
GSM is lab-checked against your reference swatch before decoration. If a batch lands under spec, we pay the claim.
Measured before packing
Final inspection checks measurements against your size chart before the poly bags are sealed.

Factory pricing usually hides behind a quote form, so here is the market context. Most garment factories quote MOQ 300-500 and will run half that for a 30-50% bump per piece. Factories serving major brands start at 1,000 or more. Our published terms sit at the low end on purpose: we make our money on reorder consistency, not on the first run.

A pattern we see often: a brand tests on Bella+Canvas or Gildan blanks, moves its logo onto our swatchbook tees at 100 pieces, then takes its best seller to full custom once reorders stabilize. Each step is the right move at its stage. The mistake is staying on blanks after customers start asking for a fit the blanks don't have.
Your t-shirt questions, answered.
Do I need a tech pack, or can I send a reference garment?
A reference tee plus a size chart is enough. Most first orders start from a mockup and a garment that already fits the way the buyer wants, and our pattern team writes the spec sheet from there. If you have a full tech pack, even better.
What's your minimum, and can you do less for a trial order?
300 pieces per style and color for full custom, 100 for logo-on-blank from our swatchbook. Market practice is to halve a stated MOQ for a 30-50% bump per piece; we publish the tiers up front instead, so a trial run is a price you read, not one you negotiate.
How much does a sample cost, and how long does it take?
7-14 days with one revision round. The fee depends on the spec and is quoted in writing before you commit, with sample shipping listed separately, so the landed cost of your sample is not a surprise.
How do I know the bulk order will match the approved sample?
Your approved PP sample stays on the line as the sewing reference. Fabric is lab-weighed against your swatch before decoration, and measurements are checked piece by piece at final inspection. If a batch lands under spec, we pay the claim.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory: knitting, cutting, decoration, and packing in one facility. Check us the way you would check anyone. Ask for the audit certificates, look up our export records, or come walk the floor.
How much will shipping add to my landed cost?
On small air shipments, sometimes half again per piece. From around 300 pieces, sea freight drops it sharply. We quote air and sea side by side with transit times, so you plan against the landed number, not the quote-sheet number.
Can you print designs US print shops turn down?
Usually, yes. Printing on cut panels before sewing handles oversized and seam-to-seam placements, and all-over sublimation runs on polyester. If a screen printer said your placement is impossible on a finished blank, that is the case custom production exists for.
How long from first contact to shirts in hand?
Sample in 7-14 days with one revision round, bulk in 25-35 days on stock fabric, then freight: days by air, weeks by sea. A first order lands in about two months. Reorders skip development and run about 50% faster.
