PP sample stays on the line
Your approved pre-production sample is the sewing reference for the whole run, not a photo of it.
Fabric checked per batch
We check color and weight on every fabric batch. If there is a difference from the approved reference, we confirm with you before bulk production starts.
Measured before packing
Final inspection checks measurements against your size chart before the poly bags are sealed.

Factory pricing usually hides behind a quote form, so here is the market context. Most garment factories quote MOQ 300-500 and will run half that for a 30-50% bump per piece. Factories serving major brands start at 1,000 or more. Our published terms sit at the low end on purpose: we make our money on reorder consistency, not on the first run.

Do I need a tech pack, or can I send a reference garment?
A reference tee plus a size chart is enough. Most first orders start from a mockup and a garment that already fits the way the buyer wants, and our pattern team writes the spec sheet from there. If you have a full tech pack, even better.
What is your minimum, and can you do less for a trial order?
For selected ready-stock T-shirt styles, small mixed quantities may be available for market testing, depending on current colors and sizes. For logo-on-blank production, MOQ is usually from 100 pcs per style/color. For full custom production, MOQ is usually from 300 pcs per style/color, depending on fabric, color, and customization details. If a stock test sells well, the next reorder is normally produced as a committed run rather than repeated small stock refills.
How much does a sample cost, and how long does it take?
7-14 days with one revision round. The fee depends on the spec and is quoted in writing before you commit, with sample shipping listed separately, so the landed cost of your sample is not a surprise.
How do I know the bulk order will match the approved sample?
The approved PP sample is kept as the production reference. Before cutting, bulk fabric is checked against the confirmed color, hand feel, weight, and approved details. During production, we follow inline checks and final inspection based on the size chart and agreed quality standard. If an issue is found, we work with you on a practical solution such as rework, correction, or replacement where appropriate.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
A factory: knitting, cutting, decoration, and packing in one facility. Check us the way you would check anyone. Ask for the audit certificates, look up our export records, or come walk the floor.
How much will shipping add to my landed cost?
On small air shipments, sometimes half again per piece. From around 300 pieces, sea freight drops it sharply. We quote air and sea side by side with transit times, so you plan against the landed number, not the quote-sheet number.
Can you print designs that local print shops turn down?
In many cases, yes. Local print shops usually print on finished blanks, so oversized placements, seam-to-seam graphics, or edge-to-edge designs can be difficult. For custom production, we can review the artwork and, when suitable, print on cut panels before sewing or use sublimation on polyester fabrics. The final method depends on the fabric, artwork, quantity, and placement.
How long from first contact to shirts in hand?
