OEM, ODM, or Full Package — which service model should I choose?
OEM is for brands arriving with a finished tech pack — you own the design, we produce to spec. ODM suits brands that need design and pattern development handled off a brief or reference. Full Package is turnkey: we manage design, fabric, trims, production and logistics end-to-end. CMT is for brands supplying their own fabric who just need cut-make-trim. Most private-label brands start with OEM or Full Package.
What are your minimum order requirements?
Standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style, per color, across most categories. Mixed size runs (S–2XL) count toward the same MOQ. For logo-on-blank on stock colors we can accommodate trial runs from 100 pieces so you can validate the market before a full production run. Samples are always produced before bulk.
Where do you source fabrics?
Most fabrics come from mills in Fujian, Zhejiang, and Guangdong. We stock standard performance fabrics (nylon-spandex, polyester mesh, French terry, fleece) and can source specialty materials on request. Mill certificates and fabric test reports are available.
How does the sampling process work?
We produce a pre-production sample after you approve the tech pack and fabric swatch. The sample fee is credited against your bulk order. Revisions typically take 5–7 days per round, and most clients finalize samples within two rounds.
What is the timeline from inquiry to delivery?
Sampling takes 10-15 days. Bulk production runs 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit. Sea freight to the US or EU adds 25-35 days. Total from first inquiry to delivery at your warehouse is typically 60-85 days.
What quality control steps do you follow?
We inspect fabric before cutting, check measurements and construction mid-production, and do a final inspection before packing. Clients can arrange third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) at the factory before shipment.
