Our Guangzhou facility covers 8,000 square meters with 24 production lines, a dedicated cutting room, fabric warehouse, screen-printing and heat-transfer stations, and a QC department. We run two shifts for large-volume orders. The factory is located in the heart of Guangdong's garment manufacturing cluster — fabric mills, trim suppliers, and printing facilities are all within a two-hour drive, which is what makes our 25–35 day bulk lead times possible.

Fabric and materials
We source from Guangdong's fabric market — the largest in China — and hold stock of popular base fabrics for faster sampling. All fabrics tested for colorfastness, pilling, and shrinkage before cutting.
Performance Polyester
Moisture-wicking, quick-dry polyester in 120–220 GSM. Used for gym wear, running tops, and training shorts. Available in interlock, bird-eye mesh, and jacquard weaves.
Cotton & Cotton Blends
Ring-spun, combed, and organic cotton in 150–300 GSM. Cotton-polyester and cotton-spandex blends for stretch and shape retention. Suitable for t-shirts, hoodies, and joggers.
Recycled & Sustainable
GRS-certified recycled polyester from post-consumer PET bottles. Recycled nylon from fishing nets. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified — no harmful substances in the finished product.
Nylon-Spandex
Smooth, buttery-soft nylon-spandex in 200–280 GSM. Four-way stretch, squat-proof opacity. The go-to for yoga leggings, sports bras, and compression wear.
Tri-Blend & Specialty
Tri-blend (cotton-polyester-rayon) for vintage softness. Bamboo blends for antimicrobial properties. Modal for luxury hand-feel. Coolmax, Supplex, and other branded performance yarns.
Custom Development
If you need a specific weight, hand-feel, or performance finish that is not in our stock range, we develop custom fabric from the yarn stage. Minimum for custom fabric development is typically 1,000 meters.
How we work — from inquiry to delivery
Every order follows the same five-step workflow. You get a dedicated English-speaking project manager from first email through final shipment.
Inquiry & Quote
Send us your tech pack, reference images, or product idea. We reply within 24 hours with a preliminary quote covering fabric, construction, decoration, and packaging. No charge for quoting.
Sampling
We produce 1–3 samples in 7–14 days. You approve fit, fabric, and construction before any bulk commitment. One revision round is included. Sampling fee credited against your first bulk order.
Bulk Production
Bulk production runs 25–35 days depending on complexity and quantity. In-line QC at every stage — cutting, sewing, printing, finishing. Your project manager sends progress photos at each milestone.
Final QC & Packing
Pre-shipment inspection before packing. Random sampling per order size. We check measurements, stitching, color, labeling, and packaging against your approved sample. QC report shared before dispatch.
Shipping
FOB Guangzhou, CIF to your port, or DDP to your door. Sea freight takes 15–35 days depending on destination. Express air available for urgent orders. Tracking number provided on dispatch.
Quality control at every stage
Quality is not a single checkpoint — it runs through the entire production line. Every order passes through four QC stages before it ships.
Incoming Fabric QC
Every fabric roll is inspected for weight (GSM), colorfastness, shrinkage, and defects before it enters the cutting room. Fabrics that fail are returned to the mill and replaced.
In-Line Sewing QC
QC inspectors check stitching, seam alignment, and construction at each sewing station. Defective pieces are flagged and reworked immediately — not at the end of the line.
Final Inspection
Random sampling from finished goods. We check measurements against your size spec, print placement, color accuracy, labeling, and overall appearance. QC report with photos is shared before packing.
Packing & Pre-Ship
Folding, poly-bagging, hang-tagging, barcode labels, and carton packing per your instructions. Carton dimensions and weight recorded for shipping documents. Final carton count verified before loading.

Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. Our factory in Guangzhou is open for visits. We can arrange airport pickup and a full factory tour including fabric warehouse, cutting room, sewing lines, printing department, and QC area. Many customers visit during the Canton Fair in April or October.
How do I verify a Chinese manufacturer is legitimate?

Do I need a tech pack to get started?
A tech pack speeds up the process, but it is not required. If you have reference images, a sketch, or even a sample garment from another supplier, we can work from that. Our team can help you build a basic spec sheet — fabric weight, construction details, size grading — before sampling. Many startup brands start without a tech pack.
How is my payment protected when ordering from a Chinese factory?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer (T/T), and Western Union. Standard terms are 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipping. For first-time orders, PayPal offers buyer protection. We share QC photos and inspection reports before you pay the balance, so you see what you are getting before the shipment leaves the factory.
