What's the difference between nylon-spandex and polyester-spandex leggings?
Nylon-spandex (80/20) is softer, more durable, and holds color better — preferred for premium compression and fashion leggings. Polyester-spandex costs 15-20% less and works well for mid-tier activewear. Both pass 40+ wash cycles without significant color fade.
How do you test leggings for squat-proof performance?
We test every fabric on the body before bulk production. Samples are worn and photographed under studio lighting at 90-degree squat angles. Fabrics that show through are rejected. We also test stretch recovery after 50 washes to confirm opacity holds.
Can you do sublimation printing on leggings?
Yes, on polyester-spandex fabrics (minimum 88% polyester). Sublimation gives all-over seamless prints with no cracking. Nylon-spandex does not accept sublimation dye — use screen print or heat transfer for those styles. Lead time adds 5-7 days for sublimation.
What waistband options are available?
We offer flat wide waistbands (7cm or 10cm), fold-over waistbands, and contour cut waistbands. Waistbands can include a hidden pocket, drawstring, or logo label. High-waist sits 3-4cm above navel; mid-waist sits at natural waist.
How do you grade sizes for Western body proportions?
We use US/EU size grading standards with longer torso and inseam measurements compared to Asian grading. Standard range is XS-3XL. We can provide custom grade specs if you supply your own size chart — common for brands targeting North American or European markets.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom leggings?
MOQ is 300 pieces per style. Colors and sizes can be mixed within that 300. Below 300, per-unit cost increases 20-30% and some decoration options are not available. Sample orders of 1-5 pairs are available before committing to bulk.
