Ready-stock joggers such as our 5601# style are a fast way to sample colors, fit, and finish before you commit a bulk run — not the main route for a scaled program. Choose from available colors, sizes, and quantities, add simple branding (logo, hang tags, size stickers, polybags, carton marks), then move the committed reorder into production with your own colors, size chart, sewn-in labels, and fabric.

What is the difference between tapered and straight-leg joggers?
Tapered joggers narrow from the thigh to the ankle, giving a fitted silhouette. Straight-leg joggers maintain consistent width from hip to hem. Tapered cuts are dominant in athleisure and streetwear. Straight-leg suits oversized or relaxed styling. Both are available in the same fabrics and finishes.
Should I use French terry or fleece for joggers?
French terry at 280-320 gsm is lighter, breathes better, and works year-round — common for training and casual wear. Fleece at 320-400 gsm is warmer and has a softer hand due to brushing. For all-season joggers, French terry is the default. For cold-weather or premium lounge lines, use 340 gsm fleece.
How are cargo pockets constructed on joggers?
Cargo pockets are patch pockets sewn to the outer thigh, typically 6x7 inches with a flap or zipper closure. They are cut from the same shell fabric and bartacked at stress points. Adding cargo pockets increases cut-and-sew time by approximately 8 minutes per unit and adds $1.50-2.50 to unit cost.
What waistband options are available — drawstring or elastic?
Standard waistbands are 2-inch elastic with a flat drawstring tunnel. Options include: flat elastic only (no drawstring), exposed elastic with visible branding, wide 3-inch waistband, and internal silicone grip tape. Drawstring tips can be metal or cord stops.
Can joggers be ordered to match hoodies as a set?
Yes. Matching sets require the same fabric roll for consistent color. Joggers and hoodies cut from the same lot are guaranteed to match. Ordering separately across production runs risks dye lot variation. We recommend ordering set components together.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom joggers?
MOQ is 300 pieces per style per color. Nylon joggers have a higher MOQ due to fabric minimums. Cargo-pocket styles have the same 300-piece MOQ. Lead time is 25-35 days for first orders, 15-25 days for reorders.
