A pattern we see often: a brand starts with small quantities from our ready-stock T-shirt styles to test colors, fit, graphics, and customer response. If the style sells well, the next step is usually a committed production reorder, such as 100 pcs per style/color, instead of repeated small stock refills. This helps keep pricing, fabric consistency, and production quality more stable as the brand grows.

## From idea to delivery, in seven steps

Buyers tell us the hardest part is not knowing what happens next. Here is the whole path with days and costs attached, so nothing on the calendar or the invoice is a surprise.

**1. Send a mockup or a reference tee** — No tech pack needed. A design file, a photo with placement notes, and a size chart copied from a brand that fits the way you want are enough. Our pattern team writes the spec from there.

**2. Get a quote in 24 hours** — MOQ, unit price by quantity tier, sample fee, and air and sea freight, all in writing.

**3. Sample in 7-14 days** — One revision round included. Order your usual size plus one size up or down, so you can judge the fit against something real.

**4. Approve it like a pro** — Weigh the GSM against the spec sheet, check stitching and print placement, measure against the size chart. We expect you to check. It keeps everyone honest.

**5. Bulk in 25-35 days** — Factories at Canton Fair commonly quote 45 to 60 days for bulk. Ours runs 25-35 on stock fabric because knitting, cutting, decoration, and packing happen in one facility.

**6. Quality control, piece by piece** — Threads trimmed, measurements checked, your labels and poly bags on, barcodes applied if you sell through retail.

**7. Freight, quoted both ways** — Air lands in days and costs the most per piece. Sea takes weeks and drops the landed price sharply from around 300 pieces.

## The sample you approved is the sample we sew to

Every buyer has heard the story: the sample arrives perfect, then bulk production cuts corners. We deal with it in three places.

- **PP sample stays on the line** — Your approved pre-production sample is the sewing reference for the whole run, not a photo of it.

- **Fabric checked per batch** — We check color and weight on every fabric batch. If there is a difference from the approved reference, we confirm with you before bulk production starts.

- **Measured before packing** — Final inspection checks measurements against your size chart before the poly bags are sealed.

### Do I need a tech pack, or can I send a reference garment?

A reference tee plus a size chart is enough. Most first orders start from a mockup and a garment that already fits the way the buyer wants, and our pattern team writes the spec sheet from there. If you have a full tech pack, even better.

### What is your minimum, and can you do less for a trial order?

For selected ready-stock T-shirt styles, small mixed quantities may be available for market testing, depending on current colors and sizes. For logo-on-blank production, MOQ is usually from 100 pcs per style/color. For full custom production, MOQ is usually from 300 pcs per style/color, depending on fabric, color, and customization details.
