What is your MOQ for team uniforms?
Standard MOQ is 300 pcs/style/color for custom sizing on our base patterns and fabric swatchbook. For a first trial, we can also run 100 pcs/style/color logo-on-blank (pick a color and add your logo) so you can validate before scaling up.
How long does sampling take?
7–14 days including one revision round.
Do you accept orders without a tech pack?
Yes. We can develop specs from reference samples, sketches, or photos.
What is your payment structure?
50% deposit, 50% before shipment (T/T). For orders with a total amount less than 1,000 USD, 100% is paid in advance. Sample fees are paid upfront and may be deducted from the first bulk order when agreed in advance.
Can I visit the showroom or factory?
You are welcome to visit our Guangzhou showroom. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment depending on project stage and production schedule.
How fast are reorders?
15–25 days. Locked-in specs skip development entirely.
