There is no strict minimum for ready-stock polo shirts. You can order as few as 10–20 pieces to test. Volume pricing is available on larger orders — the more you order, the better the rate.

Ready-stock orders ship from Guangzhou within 3–7 working days. If you add logo printing or embroidery, add 2–3 days for branding. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) typically arrives in 5–7 days; sea freight takes 15–30 days depending on destination.

Yes. We offer screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and sublimation. Send us your logo file (AI, EPS, or high-res PNG) and we'll set it up. Branding is charged per piece on top of the base polo price.

Each style has 4–12 stock colors, typically including black, white, navy, dark green, grey, and seasonal colors. Contact us for the current color card — availability changes with each production run.

Yes. We can send 1–2 sample pieces per style at retail price + shipping. Samples usually arrive within 7–10 days via express courier. Sample cost is refundable against your first bulk order of 50+ pieces.

Ready stock means we have the polo shirts produced and stored — you pick from available styles, colors, and sizes, and we ship immediately. Custom production means we manufacture from scratch to your specifications (fabric, color, size chart, pattern) with a minimum of 100–300 pcs per style/color and 25–35 days lead time. Many customers start with ready stock to test the market, then move to custom production for repeat orders.
