We offer small to medium batch production services, typically ranging from 100 to 5, 000 pieces per style. We focus on providing clear production processes, reliable delivery, and long-term manufacturing partnerships.

3. Ordering and Production

All orders are subject to acceptance by Activewear Manufacturing Factory. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Once an order is accepted, we will provide a detailed production timeline and keep you informed of the progress. Any changes to the order after acceptance may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are provided upon request and are subject to change. All prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping costs, unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified in the invoice. We require a deposit before commencing production, with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to shipment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and other intellectual property provided by you remain your property. However, by using our services, you grant us a license to use your intellectual property for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our clients to do the same.

7. Quality Control

We maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will review your claim and, if appropriate, take steps to remedy the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund.
