## FAQ

### What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Two options: 100 pcs/style/color for logo-on-blank orders (pick from our color swatchbook + add your logo, 15 days), or 300 pcs/style/color for custom sizing (your size chart on our base patterns).

### How long does sampling take?

Initial samples take 7–14 days depending on fabric availability and garment complexity. This includes one revision round.

### Do you accept orders without a tech pack?

Yes. If you have a reference sample, sketches, or photos, our pattern team can develop the tech pack for you.

### What is your payment structure?

50% deposit, 50% before shipment (T/T). For orders with a total amount less than 1,000 USD, 100% is paid in advance. Sample fees are paid upfront and may be deducted from the first bulk order when agreed in advance.

### Can I visit the factory?

You are welcome to visit our Guangzhou showroom. Factory visits can be arranged by appointment depending on project stage and production schedule.

### How fast are reorders?

Reorders skip development entirely. With locked-in specs, lead time is typically 15–25 days — 40–50% faster than first orders.

### What quality control do you perform?

In-line QC during production, plus final inspection before shipment. We provide QC reports with photos. Third-party inspection agencies are also welcome.

### How do you ensure color consistency between batches?

We track dye lots, use Pantone references, and keep production records for each order to keep color consistent between runs.

### What decoration methods do you support?

Screen printing, heat transfer, sublimation (polyester only), DTG (cotton-rich), and embroidery.

### Which shipping terms do you support?

FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou is standard. CIF and DDP (door-to-door) available on request.
